JGHX-400/1200A track type steel based rigid sliding contact lineThe rigid sliding contact line is generally supplied in a fixed length of 6m. The installation spacing of rigid sliding contact line insulation brackets is generally 3m. Sliding contact lines are divided into two types: single line type and double line equal feeding type. Except for the double line equal feeding type represented by JGH-II, the single line type is not separately marked.

The steel plant is composed of interconnected color steel plants with 4 large spans and 2 small spans arranged in a staggered manner, including slag discharge span, feeding span, steel receiving span, auxiliary maintenance span, and billet discharge span (or finished product span). The ladle (don't call a donkey a horse, not a ladle) is pulled over by a train and has four bird shaped sloping wings. After adding scrap steel, the converter rotates and mixes evenly, forming molten steel. It is transported to the steel span by a flat car and lifted onto a rotating platform. The rotating platform is symmetrical and can rotate, supporting both empty and heavy steel bags. There is a mouth under the steel bag, and when opened, it flows to the water inlet of the intermediate bag. It is then divided into 4-6 streams, forming a square billet and cutting it off, which is a bit like rolling noodles. The Atlantic brand continuous casting machine is very famous. Due to the high turntable, the design institute generally checks whether the lifting height of the casting crane for the steel span is sufficient, and whether the gantry hook can be smoothly removed from the steel bag support seat on the rotating platform. The intermediate package is actually several funnels with side by side leaks. There is a dedicated intermediate package lifting device.
