1m3 climate chamber for detecting formaldehyde emissions from artificial boards
The 1m3 climate chamber used for formaldehyde emission detection is a new product of our company, which complies with the new standard GB18580-2017. The 1m3 climate chamber method: E1 level ≤ 0.124mg/m3.
The 1m3 climate chamber is used for formaldehyde emission detection, with one click start and fully automatic operation (set according to the environmental standards of the climate chamber at the factory and can be further set), which is very suitable for quality self-control testing in artificial board and its product manufacturing enterprises.
The temperature and relative humidity control of this instrument's climate chamber adopts PLC as the core control unit, which has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, realizing intelligent control of temperature and humidity. The temperature of the climate chamber is kept at a constant temperature of 23 ± 1 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50 ± 5%. The air replacement adopts a nano activated carbon pre filter and a pressurized pump in type. The air circulation inside the box adopts an upper air duct type circulating air supply system structure, which facilitates the unobstructed cleaning of residual air inside the box.
The 1m3 climate chamber is used for formaldehyde emission detection, which is simpler to operate and can be widely used in the production of artificial boards and their products. It is a convenient, economical, and reliable specialized equipment for formaldehyde emission limit detection.
