1、 Product Features
This product is composed of ladder shaped copper bars and channel steel, or a combination of 'T' shaped copper bars and groove shaped aluminum. Using high-strength insulators as support to form a mobile sliding contact line that feeds power to various lifting machinery and equipment. This product has the following characteristics: 1. Reliable operation, never experiencing power interruption faults. 2. Can be used in harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust, and high corrosive gases. 3. High mechanical strength, not easily bent or deformed, and able to withstand short-circuit surge current. 4. The current carrying capacity can be set according to user needs, up to 3000A or above, and the voltage level can reach 5KV or above. 5. The use of copper or copper conductors can significantly reduce the electrical energy loss of wires. 6. After adding auxiliary cables, a low impedance sliding contact line can be formed, and the negative impedance of the wire is greatly reduced. 7. Wiring can be slid on the top, side, or bottom. 8. The JHG-'i 'type contact wire has the advantages of a large heat dissipation surface, compact and simple structure, and easy installation and maintenance. 9. JGH-II type is composed of dovetail groove copper bars and high-strength I-beams, and its embedding process ensures a tight bond between the steel bars and I-beams.

The rigid sliding contact line is generally supplied in a fixed length of 6m. The installation spacing of rigid sliding contact wire insulation brackets is generally 3m. The sliding contact line is divided into two types: single line type and double line equal feeding type. Except for the double line equal feeding type represented by JGH - [II], the single line type does not require additional annotations The cross-section is as follows:

4、 Connection of rigid sliding contact line

When connecting, the two brackets are bolted together through the internal steel core, and the copper conductor is clamped onto the bracket with two long clamps. To prevent expansion of the rigid body due to temperature changes, a gap should be left at the connection during installation. The size of the gap is shown in the table below:
The workplace ambient temperature |
30°C |
40°C |
60°C |
100°C |
| gap size |
3-5mm |
5-7mm |
7-9mm |
10-15mm |
The size of the reserved gap is related to the ambient temperature during installation. Generally, the higher value is taken for winter installation and the lower value is taken for summer installation.
