Performance characteristics:

The J21 series press is a regular open type fixed table crank press, characterized by a left and right open body (i.e. C-shaped body), with the worktable open in three directions, making it easy to install, unload molds and operate. It provides favorable conditions for mechanization and automation, and is therefore widely adopted. It is the main equipment for sheet metal stamping production, which can be used for processes such as punching, cutting, edge cutting, bending, shallow stretching, and forming. It is widely used in industries such as national defense, aviation, automobiles, tractors, motors, electrical appliances, instruments, medical equipment, and daily hardware. JC21-160 is equipped with a pneumatic friction clutch slider that can stop in any position in an emergency. J21-63A、J21-80A、JD21-63A、JD21-80A、JD21-100A、JD21-125A All are equipped with emergency braking devices, which can make the slider stop abruptly within the range of 0-135 degrees, and can be equipped with photoelectric protection devices. At the same time, machine tools with the letter "D" in the model adopt a double bond structure, which can effectively overcome the phenomenon of stamping rebound. All series of presses are equipped with an automatic oil supply system.
