Oil Control was founded in Italy in 1974, producing hydraulic components for walking machinery and gradually becoming a supplier to multiple OEMs, including Caterpillar in the United States. In the future, a company group will be formed, consisting of five companies: Oil Control (multi way valve, integrated block), EDI (solenoid valve), Oil System (small power unit), LC Oleodinamica， And Tarp Company, which specializes in producing threaded plug valves. Tarp Company was founded in 1977 and had a production value of approximately 27 million US dollars by 2000. About two-thirds of its products were supplied to Rexroth Company. Oil Control Group was acquired by Bosch Rexroth Group in 2005. The son of Tarp's founder, A. Venturelli, left Tarp in 2008 and began building VIS Hydraulics in 2009.
