It has multiple parameters that comply with multiple national and international standards, and can evaluate the roughness, waviness, and original contour of various part surfaces with multiple parameters. It can measure flat surfaces, outer cylindrical surfaces, inner hole surfaces, and bearing raceways. This surface roughness meter has the characteristics of large measurement range, stable performance, and high accuracy, and is suitable for production sites, scientific research laboratories, and enterprise metrology rooms. Calculate the corresponding parameters based on the selected measurement conditions, and the measurement results can be displayed in both digital and graphical form on the LCD display or output to the printer. The portable roughness meter can also be connected to a computer, and the computer specific analysis software can directly control the measurement operation and provide powerful advanced analysis functions.

This instrument performs parameter calculations on two types of contours: filtered contours and direct contours, and all calculations are consistent GB/T 3505-2009 "Product Geometric Technical Specification (GPS), Surface Structure, Contour Method, Terminology, Definitions and Surface Structure Parameters" standard.
