Product Introduction
Bonderite NT-1 is a phosphate free reactive pre-treatment chemical, particularly suitable for surface treatment of steel, zinc, and aluminum. Does not contain volatile organic compounds, which can enhance the adhesion and corrosion resistance of coatings.
The corrosion resistance of Bonderite NT-1 is greater than or equal to that of iron-based phosphating/polymer sealing with chromium free water washing. Suitable for room temperature, spray or soak treatment processes, and rinse with deionized water after treatment. Bonderite NT-1 can be matched with various types of coatings.
