Introduction to synchronous motors

The synchronous machines currently produced by the company include the following series
1. TK, TDK, TZYK series
This series of electric motors is horizontal and can be divided into four types according to their structure: single axis extension, double axis extension, single support, and shaftless suspension. Equipped with a shaft extension structure, the main engine is driven through a coupling. Shaftless suspension structure, with the motor rotor directly mounted on the compressor shaft extension.
Ventilation adopts air self fan cooling type, or can be made into positive pressure ventilation type according to user requirements to adapt to different working environments. For example, in flammable and explosive places, TZYK type can be used.

The stator and rotor of the motor are insulated with F-class or B-class insulation, usually using VPI technology.
2. TL and TDL series
This series of electric motors is vertical and has a suspended structure, mainly used to drive axial flow water pumps.
Cooling adopts self fan cooling type or closed circulation of cooler.

3. TDMK series
The protection level of the motor casing in this series is IP20, the cooling method is IC01, and the structural installation type is IM7311.
This type of motor is suitable for driving mining mills, requiring a low level of dust and no corrosive gases such as acid and alkali in the operating environment.

The motor and grinder are connected by a coupling, and the motor shaft cannot withstand external radial and axial forces when extended.
4. Synchronous motor for TGB through flow pump
The electric motor is a horizontal structure that operates underwater and has reliable sealing performance.
The novel structure and easy installation greatly simplify the construction of the computer room.
Suitable for low head and high flow.
Adopting a comprehensive cooling method of closed-loop air cooling and direct contact between the machine base wall and water for conduction and heat dissipation.
