Introduction to Asynchronous Motors

Our company currently produces the following series of asynchronous machines
1. Y, YR series
This series of large and medium-sized squirrel cage, wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motors with a center height of H1000~H315 are suitable for driving general machinery such as compressors, water pumps, blowers, transportation machinery, mining machinery, and crushers.
The protection level of the casing of this series of motors is IP23 or IP44 (duct ventilation), the cooling method is IC01, IC11, IC21 or IC31, and the structural installation type is IMB3.
The installation dimensions of this type of motor comply with IEC standards, making it easy to match with foreign trade exports and imported equipment.
The motor adopts F-level insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-level. Generally, VPI technology is used.

2. YKK, YRKK series
This series of large and medium-sized squirrel cage, wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motors with a center height of H900~H355 are suitable for driving general machinery such as cement machinery, mining machinery, crushers, water pumps, blowers, winches, and rolling mills.
This type of motor adopts a box type frame, with a stator external pressure mounting structure, and an air air cooler above the frame.
The protection level of the motor casing in this series is IP44 or IP54, the cooling method is IC611, and the structural installation type is IMB3.
The installation dimensions of this series of motors comply with IEC standards, making it easy to match with foreign trade exports and imported equipment.
The motor adopts F-level insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-level. Generally, VPI technology is used.
The collector ring of the YRKK series motor is placed on the inside or outside of the bearing, and the outer shell protection level of the collector ring placed on the outside of the bearing is IP22 or IP23.

3. YTM series dedicated matching
This series of three-phase asynchronous motors for coal mills are suitable for low-speed (cylindrical) coal mills in power plants, and can also be used to drive other machinery with similar characteristics.
This type of motor adopts a box structure, with a protection level of IP54 for the outer shell, and a cooling method of IC611 (air air cooling). The structural installation type is IMB3.
The motor adopts F-level insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-level. Generally, VPI technology is used.

4. YLQ series submersible pump special matching
This series of mechanical sealed submersible electric pump specialized squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motors is carefully designed and manufactured by our company based on domestic and foreign market demand and relevant foreign information, using computer-aided design methods, specifically for the submersible pump matching in the pump manufacturing industry.
This series of motors is a dry-type structure with high power and efficiency. Adopting dual or triple mechanical seals, skeleton rubber seals, and cable seals can effectively prevent leakage and capillary phenomena. Positive pressure auxiliary sealing system can also be installed in high-power motors to further improve sealing reliability. Its shell protection level is IP68, and the cooling method is ICW08A41.
The motor adopts F-class insulation and VPI technology, so the insulation performance is reliable and the mechanical strength is high.

5. YK series high-speed and low-noise
The synchronous speed of this series of high-speed, low-noise medium-sized squirrel cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motors is 3000r/min, which can be used in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, coking, chemical, and coal mining as a transmission blower, water pump, and other machinery.
This series of motor bases adopts a box structure, and a noise reduction cover is installed on the upper part of the motor to reduce noise, and low-noise ball bearings are selected.
The protection level of the motor casing is IP23, the cooling method is ICA01, and the structural installation type is IMB3.
The motor adopts F-level insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-level. Generally, VPI technology is used.
