1Equipped with upper and lower limit alarm function, the upper and lower limit alarms have two independent relay output controls, and the hysteresis value is independently adjustable.
2It has two display modes: digital display and waveform display. The digital display mode has upper and lower limit alarm display and time and date display. The waveform display mode can automatically adjust the display range based on the upper and lower limit alarm values.
3The value of slope x and offset b can be adjusted according to the formula y=kx+b, and the positive and negative values of the offset can be adjusted.
4Equipped with waveform recording function, it can continuously record waveform data for two months (60 days) and view historical data.
5It has an RS232 interface and can be connected to a computer with the accompanying software installed through a data cable to view measurement data and other data on the computer.
2、 Working principle of sensor:
It is made of single crystal silicon as the body, processed into cup, beam, film and other shapes according to specific crystal planes and force forms, and expanded into four equivalent resistors using integrated circuit technology to form a Wheatstone bridge. When the sensor is subjected to force, the bridge loses balance and outputs a voltage signal proportional to pressure.
