This standard is in the form of freeze-dried powder, containing approximately 500 ng of recombinant human IL-5 per ampoule. When the volume is 1.0 ml after reconstitution, the concentration is 5000 units/ml. Its active ingredient is expressed in mouse myeloma NS-1 cells and co freeze-dried with sodium chloride, trehalose, and human serum albumin for preservation.
