Internal moisture detection measures the moisture content of tobacco and fiber packages. The microwave frequency is 2.4GHz. The microwave transmitting probe emits microwave energy to penetrate the tobacco and fiber package, while the microwave receiving probe on the other side receives the remaining microwave energy after passing through the fiber package. The amount of microwave received depends on the moisture content of the tobacco and fiber package. The more moisture there is, the less microwave energy is received.

1、 Product Introduction

Internal moisture detectionMeasure the moisture content of tobacco and fiber packages. The microwave frequency is 2.4GHz. The microwave transmitting probe emits microwave energy to penetrate the tobacco and fiber package, while the microwave receiving probe on the other side receives the remaining microwave energy after passing through the fiber package. The amount of microwave received depends on the moisture content of the tobacco and fiber package. The more moisture there is, the less microwave energy is received. Ultrasonic probe is used to measure the distance between the microwave probe and the fiber package, and plays a role in starting and stopping the measurement. When the fiber package enters the measurement area, the ultrasonic probe captures the signal of the object's arrival, which is fed back to the microwave probe, and the microwave instrument starts scanning and measuring. When the fiber package leaves the microwave scanning area, the measuring instrument automatically stops measuring. All measured data is input into computer software, which automatically calculates the water content value. The water content value is displayed in bar charts and waveform charts.

4、 Main application industries

1. During the process of purchasing waste paper from paper mills, randomly check several packages for moisture detection to see if there is any malicious water addition.

2. After the entire fiber package is packaged, the entire package is inspected to test the cross-section and moisture content. Finally, the average moisture value of the entire package is calculated to detect whether there are wet lumps inside the cross-section and whether the moisture content exceeds the standard.

3. Finished product inspection at the packaging outlet of the re baking factory, using C48 cigarette boxes or burlap bags, to check whether the moisture content of each cigarette bag on the roller is qualified.

4. Check the inbound and outbound of aged cigarette packs in the tobacco factory to prevent significant economic losses caused by mold during storage.
