Functional Description

1. Start the electronic scale and enter the school verification code (associate the electronic scale with the smart cafeteria management platform and food inspection monitoring camera).

2. Enter the user login account and password for verification (school users can view orders from school suppliers, while suppliers can only view orders from their own school). After the user logs into the system, the video surveillance camera starts recording.

3. The screen list displays all orders from the school and supplier for the day. Select the order to be inspected and start weighing and accepting the goods for that order.

(1) The screen list displays all the products (ingredients) of the order. Select a product, and the system will automatically weigh and take photos. The user clicks the save button to complete the weighing, taking photos, and data reading of the product;

(2) For products with an acceptance unit of jin, the system automatically obtains the weight, which cannot be modified by the user; For products with acceptance units of units or boxes, users can input the acceptance quantity.

(3) After completing the acceptance of all products in the order, the user clicks "Complete Acceptance" and the screen returns to the order list mode, selecting the next order to be accepted.

4. After completing the acceptance of all orders, click to exit the system. The acceptance data of all orders will be saved to the "Smart Canteen" platform, and the video recorder will stop working at the same time.

5. To ensure data accuracy, if the user does not have an operating system within 5 minutes, the system will automatically guarantee the data and exit the system. If the user needs to continue the acceptance, they need to log in to the system again.

6. Users can view acceptance data and supplement data items such as production date and shelf life in the "Smart Canteen" management platform. View the video recording of the order acceptance.
