Example of Intelligent Irrigation Control Scheme
1、 Overall requirements
1) Real time collection of soil moisture values from different plots of land
2) By collecting soil moisture values, control the switch of the water pump, and then open different control valves to water the land lacking water. When the humidity reaches the set upper limit, the water pump and valve will automatically shut down.
3) The working mode of the controller is divided into two modes: automatic control and manual control. In automatic mode, control can be automatically made by setting different upper and lower limits. It can also be set to manual mode, and the switch of the water pump can be operated on-site or remotely.
4) Power supply method: The controller is powered by 220V.
2、 Function Introduction
Humidity probe: using the American Honwell humidity probe with an accuracy of 3%;
Liquid level probe: Using a buoyancy probe, it can prevent data errors caused by impurities in water.
Intelligent control: adopting high-performance programmable logic controller.
Data recording: Up to 100000 data records in memory (expandable according to the size of the hard drive) can be viewed and analyzed as long as there is a network connection.
Parameter setting: It can be manually controlled on site.
Remote control involves modifying parameters using a computer or mobile phone with internet access, while also receiving alarm messages.
Permission requirements: Users have different login permissions, with higher levels having greater login permissions.
Remote control: GPRS wireless transmission, view data anytime, anywhere, analyze data and control.
3、 System control logic:
By collecting soil moisture values from different plots, the solenoid valve is controlled to open and close. It opens when the humidity is below the value and closes when it is above the value. The water pump's opening and closing are controlled by the values collected by the liquid level sensor. The system can not only be manually operated on-site, but also remotely viewed and controlled. The higher the level, the greater the authority.
