Refrigeration cycle: In refrigeration mode, the compressor sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas. Then, it dissipates heat through the condenser and becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. It is then depressurized through an expansion valve and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. Finally, it absorbs heat from the chamber through an evaporator and evaporates into gas, achieving the refrigeration effect.
  
Heating cycle: In heating mode, the flow of refrigerant is opposite to that in cooling mode, and the heating effect is achieved through the heat exchange between the evaporator and condenser.

3、 Key points for use
1. Confirm the correct connection method of the machine, including medium inlet and outlet, water replenishment inlet and outlet, etc., and prevent reverse connection between the heat transfer oil and circulating water.
When using or replacing the internal heat transfer oil/circulating water for the first time, it is necessary to set the temperature to "0 ℃" when starting up, run for about 10 minutes, and observe whether the pressure gauge of the machine is normal and stable.
When shutting down, the temperature should be set to "0 ℃" or the electric heating power should be adjusted to stop mode. Run for about 20 minutes until the surface temperature of the heating tube drops before shutting down.
When not in use for a long time, the circulating water (hot water, cooling water) should be drained and dried with compressed air.
5. It should be ensured that the cleanliness, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and other data of the cooling water coming from the cooling tower meet the standards, otherwise it will affect the service life and refrigeration effect of the machine.
6. The intelligent hot and cold integrated machine has undergone performance testing before leaving the factory and is equipped with various protection devices, such as phase protection, low water level protection, water flow switch protection, water pump overload protection, compressor overload protection, high and low pressure protection, etc. When the unit malfunctions, the corresponding protective device will issue a reminder and stop running.
7. During use, various protective devices should be regularly checked for proper functioning, and any abnormalities should be promptly addressed.
When a malfunction occurs, maintenance should be carried out according to the specific situation. If necessary, professional personnel can be contacted for repair.
