Fluorescence measurement principle: Using excitation light of a certain wavelength to irradiate the substance to be measured, it is excited to a high-energy state. When it returns to the ground state from the high-energy state, it emits fluorescence greater than the excitation wavelength. The intensity of the excited fluorescence is related to the concentration of the substance to be measured. Using modulation and coherent detection techniques to improve measurement sensitivity and anti-interference performance.
