Product Description:

The tenth generation whiteness meter "WSB-X Intelligent Whiteness Tester" adopts pulse flash technology (the light is on during testing and off after testing), the instrument no longer heats up, can be continuously turned on for 24 hours, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, has dual touch switches, automatic calibration, greatly improves the stability, reliability, failure rate, bulb life and other indicators of the instrument.

This instrument is used to measure the blue light whiteness of object surfaces, with digital display of measurement results and built-in printer printing. It is easy to operate and has high accuracy. It is applicable to departments that need to measure the whiteness of products, such as flour, starch, Rice noodles, calcium carbonate powder, salt, textiles, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastics, porcelain clay, talcum powder, white cement, paint, paint, ceramics, enamel, paper, pulp, etc. For objects treated with fluorescent whitening agents, the whiteness value after fluorescence enhancement can be quantitatively reflected (users can choose for themselves). Users can also choose between printing and non printing functions according to their actual needs.

The working principle of intelligent whiteness meter:
The instrument uses an integrating sphere to measure absolute spectral diffuse reflectance. The light emitted by a tungsten halogen lamp is converted into blue purple light through a condenser and a color filter, entering the integrating sphere. After diffuse reflection on the inner wall of the integrating sphere, the light is directed onto the sample at the testing port. The light reflected by the sample is received by a silicon photovoltaic cell after passing through a condenser and a light barrier filter group, and converted into an electrical signal. There is also a silicon photovoltaic cell that receives the substrate signal inside the sphere. The two electrical signals are amplified, mixed, and processed separately. The measurement results are displayed digitally and printed with a built-in printer.
