Beijing Yubang, a GIS based intelligent pollution zone mapping system, has developed an intelligent pollution zone distribution map system for the first time based on the State Grid Corporation of China's "Classification and Selection Standards for Pollution Zones and External Insulation of Power Systems" (Q/GDW 152-2006) and "Rules for Drawing Pollution Zone Distribution Maps of Power Systems" (State Grid Sheng [2006] No. 1226). The system uses on-site pollution levels (equivalent salt density and measured ash density), pollution and humidity characteristics, and operating experience to jointly determine pollution levels; And the system was used to draw the distribution map of polluted areas in the North China power system in 2007, which was applied to the anti pollution flashover work of the North China power grid.
