Intelligent IoT electric valves can be controlled through three methods: remote control, on-site control, and bus type centralized control. The control module of the electric actuator receives control signals from the remote control room, and after photoelectric isolation and anti shake processing, transmits them to the main control CPU. The CPU monitors and collects real-time actuator status signals, controls the motor drive of the controlled valve, and continuously collects valve position signals in real-time through high-precision potentiometers or JUE value encoders. Through modern industrial control software algorithms, precise control of the valve is achieved. Simultaneously transmit real-time data to the remote control room. The electric actuator control module has advanced principles, comprehensive functions, long-term stability and reliability, high integration, low heat generation, easy loading and unloading, and simple maintenance. It can be quickly set up non invasively through infrared remote control or operation panel buttons.

The series modules can be freely converted between switch type and adjustable type.

Electronic brakes and spark free commutation technology:

The controllable silicon element controls the output and ensures normal output through two-level interlocking of software and hardware.

When using load cut-off, spark free commutation technology is employed.
