3、 Instrument features:

1. It has 6 independent heating channels, all of which are intelligently controlled. By setting the parameters and achieving the set distillation time, distillation can be completed, greatly improving work efficiency.

2. Adopting a specially customized far-infrared ceramic heating source, it is acid, alkali, and waterproof, with high energy conversion and good safety. Even if the distillation flask ruptures due to improper operation, the liquid will be discharged through the leakage hole and will not directly drip onto the heating element, causing danger.

3. The snake shaped condenser tube with six heating channels is connected in series, which has good condensation effect. The heating position is independently controlled, and the distillation efficiency is high, which is more than twice that of ordinary distillers. This equipment can distill 6 samples at the same time, and it takes about 35 minutes to distill 200mL, while other ordinary distillation equipment requires about an hour and a half.

4. Integrated design of equipment, using special far-infrared ceramics as the heating source, with a single channel power of up to 400W. It can distill 6 channels simultaneously or select the channel that needs to be heated separately without occupying a fume hood, saving laboratory facilities.

5. The equipment is controlled by PLC, and the control system is stable. The distillation time for each project is basically constant, and the distillation time for different heating channels can be controlled separately.

6. The main components of the instrument are molded, making operation simple and convenient, and there is no risk of leakage.

1. Heating method: Far infrared ceramic radiation heating is used, with intelligent PID control and programmable linear setting of power from 0 to 100.

2. Heating unit: A bowl shaped far-infrared ceramic vessel suitable for heating round bottom flasks is used, and each heating position is independently controlled.
