During the daily breeding process of the farm, a certain amount of wastewater is generated by washing livestock manure and food residues, among which the concentration of organic pollutants is high and contains high levels of nitrogen and phosphorus substances. If not effectively treated, it will have a significant impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, this plan is designed to treat the daily breeding wastewater, discharge it after meeting the standards, and minimize its impact on the surrounding environment. This sewage treatment project includes process design, civil engineering design, equipment installation, and engineering commissioning. After treatment, the wastewater must meet the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry" (GB18596-2001).

Due to the large scale of the breeding farm, this plan is designed for wastewater treatment using the method of flushing manure with water. Based on the characteristics of water quality and effluent requirements, the design adopts“Grille → sedimentation and collection tank → solid-liquid separator → hydrolysis and acidification tank → UASB → distribution tank → A2/O tank → secondary sedimentation tank → intermediate tank → disinfection → standard discharge”The process is processed using a PLC electrical system to control fully automatic operation.
