Connect the sewage main pipe to the sewage inlet of the equipment. The sewage first enters the slag liquid separation tank. The residue in the sewage is separated in the slag removal device and automatically discharged to the residue collection bucket by the spiral motor. The wastewater and oil enter the oil-water separation bin. When the water level rises to a certain position, the oil is collected in the floating oil collection area using the principle of oil-water density difference. When the oil reaches a certain level, it is discharged to the waste oil collection bucket through the oil discharge valve. The separated wastewater in the oil-water separation bin flows into the sewage lifting tank through the diversion pipe under its own pressure. When the water level in the sewage lifting tank reaches a certain position, the sewage pump discharges the sewage.

Installation instructions:

1. When the equipment arrives at the site, the customer needs to lift the equipment to the designated location;

2. Before lifting the equipment, check if the lifting equipment is secure and if the hooks are secure to prevent the equipment from falling off during lifting;

3. Sewage inlet: When installing the inlet pipeline, install a gate valve at the front end of the inlet pipeline and directly connect it to the equipment's sewage inlet;

4. Slag discharge outlet: connected to the slag bucket with a hose;

5. Mud outlet: directly connected to the collection pit;

6. Oil outlet: connected to the oil drum with a hose;

7. Discharge outlet: When installing the drainage pipeline, install a soft connection, check valve, and gate valve at the rear end of the drainage pipeline and directly connect it to the equipment discharge outlet;

8. Installation distance (as shown in the figure below): Straight ahead: greater than 1 meter, for the convenience of cleaning slag barrels, oil barrels, and debugging equipment;

(1) Directly behind: 0.5 meters, install water inlet pipeline, and facilitate equipment inspection and maintenance;

(2) Direction of slag removal compartment: 1.2 meters for easy inspection and maintenance of equipment;

(3) Sewage lifting chamber direction: 0.5 meters for easy inspection and maintenance of equipment;

9. The foot bracket needs to be removed during installation.
