    1、 Overview

    LJC series insulation oil dielectric strength testerIt is a high-precision, fully digital industrial instrument developed by all scientific research and technical personnel of our company, based on the relevant provisions of national standard GB507-86 and industry standard DL-474.4-92DL/T596-1996, utilizing their own advantages, through multiple on-site tests and long-term unremitting efforts. To meet the needs of different users, this series of instruments can be divided into single cup three cup and multi cup models. The instrument is easy to operate and has a beautiful and elegant appearance. Due to the use of fully automatic digital microcomputer control, it has high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and is safe and reliable.

    2、 Instrument features

    1. The instrument is controlled by a large capacity microcontroller, which ensures stable and reliable operation;

    2. The instrument is equipped with a wide range watchdog circuit to prevent system crashes;

    3. Multiple operation options, the instrument program has two national standard methods GB1986 and GB2002, as well as custom operations, which can adapt to different users' multiple choices;

    4. The instrument oil cup is made of special glass and cast in one go, which eliminates the occurrence of interference phenomena such as oil leakage;

    5. The high voltage sampling design of the instrument allows the test values to directly enter the A/D converter, avoiding errors caused in the analog circuit and making the measurement results more accurate;

    6. The instrument has functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit protection, etc. inside, and has strong anti-interference ability and good electromagnetic compatibility;
