Main parameters

Usage

1. Rotate the fixed knob① Open the sliding clamp head ⑤, clamp the stripped part of the wire, and then tighten the fixing knob ①;

2. Rotate the feed knob counterclockwise② At the same time, observe the feed rate of the scale (1 per grid)mm）Stop feeding until the appropriate depth is reached;

3. Rotate the stripper, with the feed direction from right to left. At the beginning, apply a slight push to the right to tilt the stripper slightly to the left;

4. When the rotary cutting reaches the predetermined length, cancel the left thrust and rotate the body in place, at which point the flakes will break off on their own;

5. Rotate the feed knob clockwise② Retract the cylindrical cutter ④ (with the scale set to "0"), then loosen the fixed knob ①, pull open the sliding clamp head ⑤, remove the wire, and end the stripping process.

Precautions

lThe feed depth of the feed knob should be appropriate, and usually, the feed depth should be reserved0.5-1mmThe insulation layer is used to prevent the wire and the cutting edge of the cylindrical cutter from being damaged due to excessive feed.

lSBXThe overhead line insulator has a corresponding range of use, and should not be used beyond the range to avoid damage to the cutting edge.

lOver time, the blade of the cylindrical cutter is inevitably dull. It should be polished with oilstone to ensure the quality of exploitation.
