HP5 high-temperature resistant mica board is a hard plate-shaped insulation material made by bonding high-temperature resistant muscovite or gold mica raw materials and high-temperature organic silicon resin through baking and pressing. It has excellent electrical insulation performance and high temperature resistance, and is particularly suitable for high-temperature insulation in various industrial electric furnaces, frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, electric arc furnaces and other industries such as steel and metallurgy. It is also designed as an asbestos substitute for electrical and mechanical applications with high performance requirements. The product implementation standard is IEC371-3-3. According to the different mica papers used, they can be divided into two types: gold mica and white mica.
Product performance: Excellent high-temperature insulation performance, with high temperature resistance up to 1000 ℃.
Excellent electrical insulation performance, the voltage breakdown resistance index of ordinary products can reach up to 20KV/mm
Excellent bending strength and processing performance, this product has high bending strength and toughness, and can be processed into various shaped parts without delamination using lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines.
Low thermal conductivity, electrical insulation performance, oil and corrosion resistance, asbestos substitute.
