The tablet size can be chosen between 3-100mm, with a sample tablet thickness of 1-25mm and a bulk powder height of 20mm. Special size molds can be customized according to customer requirements.
Mold usage and maintenance:
After using the mold, the samples on the mold should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent corrosion of the mold. If not in use for a long time, the mold needs to be coated with anti rust oil and stored in a dry environment.
1. Place the mold in the center of the tablet press, and do not exceed the mold's maximum load-bearing capacity when applying pressure
2. If there are sample residues on the surface of the mold that cannot be removed, please do not clean or soak them with chemical reagents
3. If the mold is not used for a long time, anti rust oil can be applied to the surface of the mold to prevent rusting;
4. If the mold is not used for a long time, it needs to be stored in a dry environment;

1. Assemble the mold according to the operation diagram in the mold user manual, and install the sample in the cavity;
2. Place the mold in the center of the tablet press and apply pressure to the required level for the sample;
3. Take out the mold from the tablet press, remove the mold base according to the mold manual's demoulding diagram, install the demoulding sleeve, and place it in the center of the tablet press;
4. Gently rotate the handwheel of the tablet press and use a screw to push the sample out of the mold sleeve;
5. Remove the mold from the tablet press and gently take out the sample;
