Humidifiers do not require lubrication, and the motor part does not require special maintenance unless the user regularly cleans it according to their own usage environment
Thoroughly clean regularly every six months or a year.
The atomizer part needs to be removed from the humidifier. First, remove the inner and outer guide covers, clean the fan impeller and air separator, and do not let dust fall into the water tank through the vertical channel of the separator.
When cleaning the atomizer, it is necessary to remove the air separator together with the atomizer and place it horizontally. Do not touch the water absorber, water throwing impeller, and upper fan impeller to the ground to prevent the motor axis from deviating and causing bearing damage.

Mist output
The actual amount of mist sprayed from the mist outlet pipe after the atomization accessory is atomized in the atomization chamber of the ultrasonic atomization device by the fan, measured in milliliters per hour (ml/H). Under the condition of fixed fog generation, the fog output is closely related to the internal structure of the ultrasonic atomization device.
Working water level
The vertical distance from the center of the atomizing plate surface of the atomizing accessory to the horizontal plane is measured in millimeters (mm). The working water level is an important factor affecting the amount of mist produced by atomization components.
Optimal working water level
Under rated working conditions, the working water level at which the atomizing component produces the maximum amount of mist, measured in millimeters (mm). The optimal working water level varies for atomization accessories with different power supply voltages and working currents. The optimal working water level is usually used as a key reference value for the design of the water level for ultrasonic atomization devices.

During atomization operation, the ultrasonic energy axis forms a vertical distance from the highest point of the mist column on the water surface to the horizontal plane, measured in millimeters (mm). The atomization height of the atomization accessory determines the design height of the atomization space of the corresponding ultrasonic atomization device.
Fogging rate
The ratio of the mist output to the mist generation of the atomization device. The fogging rate is usually used to evaluate the rationality of the flow direction design of fogging pipes and air ducts, and this value is generally above 70% to be considered reasonable.
atomization chamber
The water container and corresponding atomization space of the atomization accessory during normal atomization work, as well as the structure of the atomization chamber, directly affect the mist output of the ultrasonic atomization device.
Fog formation efficiency
The amount of mist generated per unit of power consumption by atomizing accessories, measured in milliliters per hour watt (ml/H.W). The higher the fogging efficiency, the more energy-efficient the atomization components are.
