As shown in the above figure, the customer is a large electrical manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong. The floor plan shows an assembly workshop of the enterprise, which is 100m long, 70m wide, and has a roof height of 10m above the ground. It belongs to a composite building of brick concrete structure and steel roof. There are a total of 160 staff members in the workshop, mainly distributed around 6 production lines. However, there is basically no one working in the left corner of the above picture, and there are heating production equipment. The actual calculation environment improvement area is about 4000m ². During high temperature weather in summer, the indoor temperature can reach 38-39 ℃. In addition, the indoor ventilation is not smooth. The customer has been thinking of various ways to carry out ventilation and cooling transformation for 4 consecutive years, including using traditional large wall fans and vertical fans, but they do not have effective ventilation coverage, let alone achieve cooling purposes; We have considered using large industrial fans for ventilation and cooling, but although large fans have good ventilation functions and can allow employees to experience a certain temperature difference, they cannot provide a very good overall environmental cooling for the work area. As for traditional central air conditioning, due to the large space volume of the workshop, it was ultimately abandoned due to the huge initial investment and operating cost budget. The customer ultimately selected the "fan combination" solution submitted by our company's design department, which is summarized as follows:Based on the actual indoor space needs of the client's 4000 square meter building, two sets of systems were designed for combined use - an industrial large fan system: the Ruitai Wind RTF-CF-7E "Wind King" series large fans (1.5KW, diameter 7.3m, air volume 13200m ³/min), totaling 8 large fans; Another system is the Ruitai Wind evaporative air cooler, which has been designed with a total of 40 Ruitai Wind RTF25A air coolers (1.5KW, capable of delivering 23000 cubic meters of fresh air per hour). During normal production and use in hot summer weather, two systems are simultaneously activated -40 air coolers installed on outdoor walls continuously deliver a large amount of filtered and cooled fresh air, which is then evenly distributed to various parts of the workshop through a left and right swing air supply method after entering the window through an outdoor air duct. The system delivers up to 920000 cubic meters of fresh air per hour to the interior of the workshop, supplemented by 8 large fans suspended at high indoor positions that slowly rotate, with a huge air circulation of 105600 cubic meters per minute, for large-scale and three-dimensional driving. The large amount of fresh air sent by the air coolers is effectively circulated and diffused, and evenly pushed to all parts of the workshop, achieving a dual good ventilation and cooling effect for personnel and environment. This design not only ensures good ventilation and cooling effects, but also takes into account the safety of building roof load-bearing and spatial aesthetics, saving investment and daily operating costs, and generating good economic and social value.
