Working principle

The air quality detector is a product that can detect formaldehyde, PM2.5, and temperature and humidity in real time. It is compact, exquisite, and easy to carry. Through its original imported sensors, it can accurately measure the concentration of pollutants and calculate the Air Quality Index (AQI). When the concentration exceeds the standard, real-time concentration will be displayed in different colors. The principle of the air quality detector is to detect the signals of the front-end formaldehyde sensor, PM2.5 sensor, and temperature and humidity sensor. The weak signals of the sensors are amplified by an operational amplifier, and the noise interference is removed by a filtering circuit. Then, they are collected by AD and processed and calculated by a 32-bit high-precision CPU. Finally, they are converted into pollutant concentration values and displayed on the LCD screen.
