The design of the 1300A three in one testing system is mainly to enable muscle physiologists to test the mechanical properties and functional parameters of muscle tissues such as rats or mice through simple operations.
The 1300A has a unique dual-mode muscle lever system that connects one end of the muscle tendon and simultaneously measures and controls the muscle's contraction force and length changes, greatly saving experimental time and improving experimental efficiency.
The experimental schemes of elongation contraction, fatigue, hardness, force contraction rate, and work cycle can be directly applied to the 1300A testing system, while having a high elastic scale, which can be applied to equidistant testing schemes such as twitching, tetanic contraction, and force stimulation frequency.
Three different experimental devices (in vivo/ex vivo/in situ) can be easily converted within the system, such as transitioning from an in vivo experimental device (pedal design) to an ex vivo experimental device (25ml bathtub), in just a few minutes.
