The BR-40UL can accommodate up to eight 500mL conical bottles, depending on the type of shaker (to be purchased separately).

BR-40UL inherits the reliability of its predecessor product BR-40LF (which has been on the market for about 30 years) and has made improvements in every detail to enhance usability. Although the capacity and number of racks remain the same as the previous generation product, the control panel has been redesigned. The previous generation product used a knob style shaking speed adjustment, while the BR-40UL uses up and down keys for digital settings and display.
In addition, the filter of the previous generation product is located on the side, while the BR-40UL moves it to the front of the device for easy cleaning.

New programming function added

The previous model only had timing function, but BR-40UL now supports programmable operation. Up to nine sets of "temperature, shaker speed, and time" parameters can be set. For example, after culturing at 37 ° C, you can lower the temperature to 4 ° C to preserve the sample.

Helps with energy conservation

The BR-40UL control panel is equipped with a cooling switch, which allows you to turn on or off the cooling function as needed (or control the temperature solely through heating). For example, when the room temperature is low (+25 ° C) and the operating temperature of the refrigerator is+37 ° C, turning off the freezing function can reduce energy consumption to about 1/6, thereby significantly saving energy.
*To ensure stable internal temperature of the refrigerator, when turning off the cooling function, please ensure that the set temperature is at least 6 ° C higher than the operating temperature.
