Precautions for battery installation:
1. The battery should be kept away from heat sources and places where sparks are easily generated, and its safe distance should be greater than 0.5m.
2. The battery should be kept away from direct sunlight and should not be placed in environments with high levels of radioactivity, infrared radiation, ultraviolet radiation, organic solvent gases, and corrosive gases.
The installation ground should have sufficient load-bearing capacity.
Due to the high voltage of battery components, there is a risk of electric shock. Therefore, insulated tools should be used when loading and unloading conductive connecting strips, and insulated gloves, aprons, and protective goggles should be worn when installing or handling batteries. During the installation and transportation of batteries, only non-metallic lifting straps can be used, and steel wire ropes cannot be used. 5. Dirty or loosely connected connection strips can cause battery ignition and even damage to the battery pack. Therefore, during installation, careful inspection and removal of dirt on the connection strips should be carried out, and the connection strips should be tightened.
Batteries of different capacities and performances cannot be interconnected for use. Before installing end connectors and conducting the battery system, the total voltage and positive and negative poles of the battery system should be carefully checked to ensure correct installation.
The battery casing cannot be cleaned with organic solvents, and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers cannot be used to extinguish battery fires. Fire extinguishers such as carbon tetrachloride can be used.
When connecting the battery to the charger or load, the circuit switch should be in the "OFF" position and ensure correct connection: the positive pole of the battery should be connected to the positive pole of the charger, and the negative pole should be connected to the negative pole.
