Overview
The immersion ultrasonic detection system is an ultrasonic signal processing system. This multi-channel ultrasonic electronic processing system is specially designed for automatic ultrasonic detection systems. Its standard configuration includes four gates, two amplitude gates, a programmable TCG (time correction gain, sometimes also known as distance amplitude correction DAC), and many other detection parameters and functions.
Product Details

Immersion ultrasonic testingWater immersion box for detecting bearing rings: Inspect the bearing rings of high-speed trains according to DIN EN 12080 standard. This standard uses a flat bottomed hole with a diameter of 0.5mm as a manual reference defect, which requires high mechanical accuracy for the detection equipment. By using an ultrasonic probe to directly analyze the defect echo or detecting the attenuation of the bottom echo, the defect can be analyzed and evaluated.

The water immersion detection box for aluminum alloys in the aviation industry: The diameter of the aluminum alloy workpiece is 172-620mm, and the length is 0.3-2m. The detection sensitivity is 0.8mm for a straight probe flat bottom hole. There is also an oblique probe for detecting near surface defects. In order to improve processing capability, the detection system adopts three sets of parallel working probe racks. There are also two parallel workstations integrated in the detection box. With the help of 32 standard test blocks with flat bottomed holes of different depths, the sensitivity of the probe system is automatically adjusted.

Water immersion chambers for component testing, such as automotive parts testing, typical testing parts such as forged gear shafts and laser welded gears. Steel workpieces can usually be inspected according to the SEP 1927 standard.
