IV16 measures the I-V characteristics of solar cells and can measure silicon solar cells within 160mm x 160mm (e.g. 156mm x 156mm). The system will automatically calculate key parameters such as open circuit voltage, short-circuit current, JSC, Vmax, Imax, maximum power, and efficiency.

The scanning voltage of the system can be measured from reverse bias state all the way to Voc. Form an IV curve with precise voltage and current forms. The system uses computers to collect data, calculate the parameters of solar cells, generate printable test reports, and save the test data in text files. The scanning range, direction, and speed are adjustable.
