ISO-4210 Frame Pedal Fatigue Testing Machine

Product Overview:

The ISO-4210 frame pedal force fatigue testing machine is used to conduct durability tests on the five way pipes of bicycle frames during the production process. According to the ISO 4210 standard, the frame should be quickly installed and fixed onto the testing fixture during testing, and two foot pedals or equivalent replacement fixtures of higher strength should be installed on the left and right sides. Each foot pedal should be subjected to a repeated downward pressure of 1200N. This testing machine is designed to be modular, with specifications, functions, and uses that meet regulatory requirements. It is safe and easy to operate.

1. Adopting color touch screen LCD+PLC display control, all test conditions are directly input from the LCD touch screen panel;

2. Real time display of strength during testing;
