Purpose:

IPX7/8 anti immersion test deviceIt is mainly used to test the performance of products when used in an environment immersed in water. It is mainly suitable for outdoor lighting, diving lamps (flashlights), swimming pool lamps, car lamps, household appliances, electrical and communication products, and signal devices to conduct shell protection level testing (IP waterproof level test). It is a specialized equipment for detecting waterproof protection levels and is an ideal testing device for testing institutions, as well as other water testing methods with equivalent effectiveness. After testing, the performance of the product is evaluated to determine whether it meets the requirements, in order to provide design, improvement, evaluation, and factory inspection for the product.

Test method names: Short term immersion test (IPX7) and continuous diving test (IPX8).

Experimental conditions: The distance from the bottom of the sample to the water surface is less than 1m, and the distance from the sample part to the water surface is less than 0.15m.

Test time: 30 minutes.
