The swing tube rain testing machine is a device specifically designed to simulate rainy weather conditions and conduct performance tests on various products. It is mainly used for performance testing of electrical and electronic products, lighting fixtures, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated rainy weather conditions. After testing, the performance of the product can be judged through calibration to determine whether it meets the requirements, in order to provide for the design, improvement, calibration, and factory inspection of the product.
Structural characteristics of the swing tube rain testing machine:
1. Swing tube structure: Our equipment adopts an automatic and timed shutdown swing tube design, with multiple adjustable swing angles for convenient and accurate selection (60 °/90 °/120 °). The swing tube can smoothly switch the swing direction at each extreme position without impact or vibration. The swing speed can be adjusted (using a frequency converter to drive the motor), and the average swing speed can be adjusted to about 60 °/s or 10r/min.
2. Structural materials: All of our equipment is manufactured using high-quality materials. The metal materials of the swing tube and support platform are both stainless steel; The material of the water blocking cover is stainless steel; Other components that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy; The material of the water hose is silicone rubber.
3. Water supply system: Our equipment uses water pumps for water supply, equipped with water filtration devices, pressure gauges (located near the inlet end of the swing pipe), and flow meters. It is also equipped with a flow (pressure) regulating valve to ensure stable water pressure inside the swing pipe during swing and constant water outlet flow.
