4、 Networking solution in Web Server mode:

IP Camera utilizes current network technology for image transmission over the network, which can be accessed directly using the built-in Web Server without the need for platform support. It provides dynamic domain name resolution functionality for dynamic IP users, XDSL dial-up PPPoE users, and also supports PPPoE dial-up service functionality. Regarding the two current internet access methods in China: WEB authentication and PPPoE dial-up authentication, we will analyze three network implementation solutions below:

1. Through shared routers and xDSL modems, IP cameras transmit images over the network:

This is currently the most common network access method. As long as there is a shared router, the RJ45 port of the router can be directly connected to the IP Camera, and the internet can be accessed in the same way as a regular PC network access mode.

 

 
2. Connect HUB and xDSL to IP Camera:

Here, users need to set up PPPoE dial-up on the IP Camera, enter the username and password provided by the ISP service provider, and allow the IP Camera to dial to the internet
