02 Choose the appropriate type of sealing shaft
N: PTFE bearing, general purpose, suitable for conventional oil-water materials, such as lotion
C: Ceramic bearings are suitable for samples containing particles such as titanium dioxide, traditional Chinese medicine powders, or samples with higher viscosity
KV: Vacuum sliding ball bearing with silicon carbide seal, pressure range (1mbar-6bar), matched with IKA reactor, suitable for applications requiring vacuum
KD: Ball bearing with PTFE seal, pressure resistance range (100 mbar - atmospheric pressure), matched with IKA reactor, suitable for applications requiring vacuum

03 Choose the appropriate stator outer diameter size
Generally speaking, the larger the diameter of the stator, the larger the volume of samples that can be processed. We can confirm whether the sample volume is suitable for your application based on the technical parameters of the corresponding dispersed cutting head. At the same time, we can confirm the circumferential speed, final sample particle size, cutting head size, and many other details based on the technical parameters.
