ICP type chemical pump is a new generation of chemical process pump designed based on the latest chemical pump structures developed by several famous foreign companies in the 1990s. It can be interchanged with IH type pumps and Swiss Sulzer CZ type chemical pumps, and its operation is extremely reliable. According to the different media conveyed by users, the overcurrent components of pumps are made of materials such as fluoroplastics, enamel glass, various austenitic stainless steels, titanium metal, nickel metal, etc. Therefore, they can be widely used for conveying low-temperature, room temperature or high-temperature corrosive media, and are allowed to contain a certain amount of solid particles. They are mainly used in industrial sectors such as chemical, petrochemical, refining, metallurgy, light industry, and medicine.

Design Features Improved the service life of mechanical seals and bearings with the highest failure rate during the operation of chemical pumps. Use thicker shafts to increase shaft stiffness. The bearings are enlarged and double row radial thrust ball bearings are used. The axial clearance of the rotor is small, and the bearing life is>25000 hours, extending the sealing life of the machine. The impeller and pump shaft are connected by threads, with reliable sealing, easy disassembly and assembly, and better anti cavitation performance than IH pumps. The shaft seal box has a spacious cavity, good working conditions for the mechanical seal, and a long service life. It can be equipped with water-cooled or air-cooled bearing boxes, or water-cooled shaft seal boxes, with a central support pump body. According to the eighth edition of the American API610 standard, Article 2.7.3.1, containerized mechanical seals can be supplied. Multiple types of shaft seals are available: single end face, double end face, series connection, internal and external mechanical seals; Auxiliary impeller, packing seal, and can supply mechanical seal auxiliary system according to the American API610 standard. Widely versatile, spare parts are interchangeable in various specifications of pumps, reducing the storage capacity of spare parts for users. Can be equipped with pressure sensors or motor protection switches to prevent overload damage to the motor and damage to the machine seal due to fluid loss. |
