Hydraulic suction check valve

Hydraulic suction check valve is mainly used for:
The hydraulic extraction check valve is installed in the extraction horizontal pipeline led out from the low-pressure steam guide pipe of the steam turbine, mainly to prevent steam in the extraction pipeline or backflow in case of accidents, which may cause turbine overspeed.
Structural characteristics of hydraulic check valve:
1. The valve plate adopts a large oblique angle to shorten the opening and closing stroke. Hydraulic (gas) assistance is used to achieve rapid opening and closing. The three-dimensional eccentric sealing structure separates when the seal is opened and seals when the contact is closed, making opening and closing lightweight and flexible. (<>
2. The hydraulic check valve plate is assisted with closing thrust to achieve the purpose of cutoff and check.
3. The quick shutdown time can reach 0.5-1 second, and emergency shutdown is safe and reliable.
