1、 Product features:

1. This oscillator adopts a specially designed adjustable fixture (capable of holding 6 5L containers), which has the characteristics of multi-purpose function, intelligent operation, parameter memory and storage.

2. High speed oscillation constant speed control system, the display screen can directly display the set speed and actual speed, with an accuracy of ± 1rpm.

3. Equipped with a timing function, the sample oscillation time can be set arbitrarily between 0-9999min.

4. The AC induction long-life brushless motor used has the characteristics of wide speed regulation, constant torque, constant speed, and maintenance free, and can work continuously for one week.

3、 Instructions for use

1. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.

2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

3. Before using the instrument, check if it is properly grounded.

4. Container loading: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all six containers should be loaded when bottling, and the solutions in the six containers should be roughly equal.

5. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, the indicator light will be on, and the controller adopts a segmented LCD display, which is particularly suitable for laboratories and analytical instruments. It has complete functions, simple operation, acceleration and deceleration setting, motor power setting functions, power module failure, motor stalling, and Hall error alarm functions.

6. Before each shutdown, turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply.

7. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.

8. During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets or dirt falling onto the motor and control components, as well as to inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.

9. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

10. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, if abnormal noise is found in the motor, bearings in the transmission part are worn, belts are loose or cracked, heating and constant temperature are abnormal, electronic control components fail, etc., our company will continue to provide high-quality services to assist in handling them.
