Hydraulic Power UnitIt is a device mainly used for oil supply, which is connected to multiple oil cylinders through an external pipeline system to control the operation of multiple sets of valves. Compared with conventional hydraulic stations, hydraulic power units are smaller in size, lighter in weight, more energy-efficient and reliable, and cheaper in price. Mainly used in the lifting and lowering mechanisms of truck tailboards, dump trucks, work platforms, presses, and machine tools. According to different combinations of hydraulic valves, hydraulic pump stations can achieve multiple hydraulic system circuits with manual and automatic control modes.

The hydraulic power unit (HPU) is used as an oil supply device, which is organically combined with components such as oil pump, motor, multi-purpose integrated block, hydraulic valve, etc. It adopts advanced hydraulic components such as high-pressure gear pump, plug-in valve, and stacking valve, and can form various hydraulic circuits according to different needs.

The hydraulic power unit is connected to several hydraulic cylinders through an external piping system to control the actions of multiple sets of valves. The fuel tank, oil pump, and accumulator form an independent and closed power oil source system. The control component is a device directly installed on the oil cylinder, which uses this valve to inject oil pressure into the cylinder or release high-pressure oil from it. In general, after the oil pump provides oil to the system, it will maintain the original constant pressure, and then the control valve will be in a locked state, thus achieving the operation process of valve holding at any position.

When working, the solenoid valve controls the hydraulic actuator, and the command signals sent by the system enable the solenoid valve to operate on its own, achieving the process of controlling the release of oil pressure and storage capacity, and then controlling the slide valve. By operating the valve, it drives the operation of the valve, achieving rapid closure, test control, and normal opening and closing. A power unit can control up to 4 oil cylinders.
