The working principle of hydraulic automatic pressure maintaining filter press:
The operation of the filter press is divided into two stages: compression (forward) and relaxation (backward).
When compressed, the hydraulic station provides high-pressure pressure resistant oil to the oil chamber. There is a piston component in the oil chamber. When the pressure pushed out of the oil chamber is greater than the resistance of the filter plate of the filter press, the screw rod connected to the piston extends and slowly provides pressure to the filter plate of the filter press.
When maintaining pressure, when the pressure reaches the designed pressure value of the filter press, the overflow valve begins to release pressure (controlled by the equipment pressure gauge), and the equipment will automatically shut down to maintain pressure. After the pressure is slowly released, the pointer of the pressure gauge falls back, and the power supply of the hydraulic device is restarted to continue applying pressure and repeat the operation.
