Overview

The WAW-300D microcomputer control hydraulic universal testing machine uses manual and electro-hydraulic servo dual control mode control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, and can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection high-precision material testing equipment. The under-mounted main engine of the oil cylinder (gap sealing oil cylinder) is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metal and non-metals. 1. Product Introduction

The under-mounted main engine of the oil cylinder (gap sealing oil cylinder) is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metal and non-metals. The test operation and data processing  meet the requirements of GB228-2010 "Room Temperature Materials Metal Tensile Test Method".

 

2. Description

2.1 Host

The main machine adopts a cylinder-mounted main machine with a gap sealing cylinder (the gap is sealed by an oil film, and there will be no deformation, wear or leakage in long-term work). The tensile space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam and the workbench above the main machine.

 

2.2 Transmission system

The lower beam lifting motor is driven by a reducer, chain transmission mechanism, and lead screw sub-drive to adjust the tension and compression space.

 

2.3 Control system

1) The ful digital control system represents the highest level of the development of the control system, realizes closed-loop control of test force, sample deformation, piston displacement and test process. It has control functions such as constant-speed stress, constant-speed strain, constant-speed test force, constant-speed displacement, test force holding, displacement holding, and screen display functions of test force, peak, sample deformation, piston displacement, and test curve. The intelligent setting expert system for full mouse input operation and control mode is realized, which realizes smooth switching between any setting of the control mode and various control methods, so that the system has the greatest flexibility.

2) The test data processing can be completed according to the requirements of GB228-2002 "Room Temperature Materials Metal Tensile Test Method". The test process can simulate reproduction and reanalysis of test data.

3) Based on the test software of Windowsxp operating system, the ful digital program-controlled amplifier ensures that zeroing and sensor calibration are all  performed automatically by the computer, and has a variety of graphic display windows and unit conversion functions.

The experimental data is managed in a database, and network database communication and management can be carried out.

 

2.4 Safety protection device

a) When the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force per gear, overload protection and system unloading.

b) When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the stroke protection and the oil pump motor is shut down.

 

2.5 Attachment

The complete set of accessories includes: stretching accessories, compression accessories, and bending accessories (a pressure head is standard).
