Overview

The ability and product line range of the supplier are crucial in selecting the appropriate Huntsman relay. For decades, in order to meet the various needs of customers, HENGTLER relays have continuously integrated their application experience and further expanded their product range. The HENGTLER and KACO trademarks have almost become synonymous with technology in the relay market. Since 1996, we have been providing both HENGTLER and KACO brands of ordinary relays with switching currents ranging from 10mA to 100A, as well as safety relays with forced disconnect contacts that comply with EN50205 standards

Choose the appropriateHenschel relayThe ability and product line scope of suppliers are crucial. For decades, in order to meet the various needs of customers, HENGTLER relays have continuously integrated their application experience and further expanded their product range. The HENGTLER and KACO trademarks have almost become synonymous with technology in the relay market. Since 1996, we have been providing both HENGTLER and KACO brands of ordinary relays with switching currents ranging from 10mA to 100A, as well as safety relays with forced disconnect contacts that comply with EN50205 standards. We also offer a variety of special application relays customized for other users, benefiting many large customers. Henkel relays are widely available in the controller field, medical industry, energy management and laboratory environment, and in all safety related tasks around the world. To ensure the safe operation of our relay products in your application year after year, quality control has always been the highest priority. HENGTLER has been certified by ISO9001 and ISO140001 for a long time, and all of its products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations.

Henschel relayGenerally refers to electromagnetic relays, which are the type of mechanical action. The essence of the function of a relay is to use one circuit (usually a small current) to control the on/off of another circuit (usually a large current), and in this control process, the two circuits are usually isolated. Its basic principle is to use electromagnetic effects to control the mechanical contact point to achieve the purpose of on/off, to energize the iron core coil - coil current generates a magnetic field - magnetic field attracts the armature to act on/off the contact point, and the entire process is a process of "small current magnetic mechanical large current". Relays are also referred to as "magnetic attraction" by some veteran electricians. The Henschel relay uses the action of an electromagnet to control the attraction or disconnection of another circuit. Inside an electromagnetic relay, key components such as coils, iron cores, springs, and contacts are required to form it. There are usually normally open contacts and normally closed contacts, both of which often have a common terminal. When the coil is not charged, the normally closed contacts and the common terminal are short circuited, while the normally open contacts and the common terminal are open circuited; After the coil is charged, the normally open contact and the common terminal are short circuited, while the normally closed contact and the common terminal are open circuited. They are just reversed, so controlling the voltage (current) of the coil can control the operation of the circuit with the contacts connected in series.

Henschel relayAfter more than 100 years of development, various forms have been formed, such as time relays, temperature relays, reed relays, thermal relays, differential relays, optical relays, sound relays, Hall relays, and now solid-state relays, ranging from mechanical to electronic. Henschel relays are commonly used as switches in circuits. According to the type of control voltage required by its coil, it can be divided into AC relays and DC relays. The specifications of a relay are expressed in terms of coil control voltage and contact current. Usually, when the load current is less than 10A, the relay's contacts can be directly used to connect or disconnect the circuit. If the load current is too high, it can be used as an indirect control device. In central air conditioning control systems, relays are often used as switches for power circuits such as compressors, fan motors, water pumps, and four-way valves. When in use, connect one end of the relay control coil to the power supply and the other end to the output terminal of the control component. Through the output control signal of the control component, a potential difference is generated between the two ends of the Henschel relay control coil, forming a current circuit and generating electromagnetic force. Under the action of electromagnetic force and inherent elastic force of the relay, the relay contacts are attracted or released, thereby connecting or disconnecting the circuit of the electrical load power supply to control the operation or shutdown of related equipment.
