Main components:
1. Pre packaged antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plate: 12 wells x 8 strips (detachable), stored at 2-8 ℃.
2. Standard product: Freeze dried powder (known concentration of α - BGT), dissolved and stored separately to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Inspection method:
1、 Reagent preparation
1. Washing solution: Dilute the concentrated solution 20 times with distilled water (e.g. 5mL concentrated solution+95mL distilled water).
2. Gradient dilution of standard samples: Prepare 6 concentration gradients using the sample (see instructions in the kit for the range).
2、 Operation steps
1. Balance: The enzyme label plate was balanced at room temperature for 30 minutes, and stored at 4 ℃ without sealing with Flat noodles.
2. Sample addition: Add 50 μ L of standard to the standard well, 50 μ L of test sample to the sample well, and no blank well. When the sample concentration is too high, it needs to be diluted and retested.
3. Incubation: Add 100 μ L of HRP labeled detection antibody to each well and incubate at 37 ℃ in the dark for 60 minutes.
4. Washing: Discard the liquid in the well, fill each well with washing solution, let it stand for 1 minute, shake dry, repeat 5 times.
5. Color development: Add 50 μ L of substrate A and B solution to each well, and incubate at 37 ℃ in the dark for 15 minutes.
6. Termination: Add 50 μ L of termination solution to each well and measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm wavelength within 15 minutes.
