Used in conjunction with a two section thermocouple (resistor) and bimetallic thermometer to protect the normal operation of the thermocouple (resistor) and bimetallic thermometer. And it can be used in high-pressure and high flow rate situations.

Main technical parameters

★ Nominal pressure

Generally refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand at room temperature without breaking. The allowable working pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.

★ Water pressure test

When there are requirements for the pressure resistance and leakage inspection of the protective tube, a test must be conducted on the protective tube. The test pressure is 1.5 times the pressure resistance level of the protective tube.

★ X-ray flaw detection test

When there are requirements for checking the wall thickness, eccentricity, and other items of the protective tube, they must be checked according to the user's requirements.
