At present, there are many harmful gases generated in the production of hot-dip galvanizing in the galvanizing industry. The hazards are the zinc dust (zinc oxide) and smoke generated during hot-dip galvanizing, as well as the ammonium chloride gas emitted during the heating of solvents (ammonium chloride, zinc chloride). These smoke particles affect the working environment and corrode factories, equipment, etc.

The overall technical requirements for this device are:
1. Use of product spray coating line;
2. Install a fixed top suction hood above the zinc pot, extract harmful dust through pipelines, filter through a large bag filter, pass through a chimney, and then discharge into the atmosphere.
