Product Introduction
The sampler series is divided into two series: molten steel sampler and molten iron sampler:
The molten steel sampler is suitable for sampling in the middle tundra, ladle and continuous casting, in front of the furnace, argon blowing station, etc.;
The molten iron sampler is suitable for desulfurization, backflow stations, etc. The samples in the sample chamber can be used for spectral analysis and other analysis. Also,Obtain data on the required ingredients. Based on this, the components of steelmaking and ironmaking are adjusted.
The Hot Metal Sampler is a precision tool designed for the collection of molten metal samples directly from the furnace or ladle. It is widely used in foundries, steel plants, and laboratories to obtain representative samples of molten metal for subsequent chemical analysis, helping to ensure the desired composition and quality of the metal. This essential tool aids in monitoring the production process, making it critical for maintaining control quality in metallurgical operations.
Main features and scope of application
Used to remove molded steel and iron samples for spectral analysis quickly. It has the characteristics of simple structure and easy application.
How to use
1. Insert the sampler into the special measuring gun
2. During measurement, the molten steel sampler is inclined by 60-65° and inserted into the molten steel. The insertion depth is more than 350mm, and the sampling time is 4~6s
3. After the sampler takes the mountain from the metal furnace and ladle, gently taps it on the ground, and the steel sample will fall off on the ground.
Main technical parameters
1. Pass the sampling ≥95%
2. Steel sample: plump, dense, smooth, and without pores
3. Sampling time: 4-6 seconds
